30 Healthy Preschool Snacks (Easy, Nut-Free, Kid-Approved)

We always advise and encourage healthy choices for snacks at Annesley. Fruit, salad, vegetables, and low-fat yogurt help to give a slow-release energy boost to keep you re-fuelled until lunchtime. It is also important to stay hydrated and a water dispensing machine is available in our unit. As a school we have provided every child with their own water bottle or, if you prefer, you can bring your own from home.  You are advised to put clean water in your bottle each day, not to drink the previous days and to rinse/wash out your bottles regularly. We do prefer children not to bring in fizzy drinks and unhealthy snacks as this can be detrimental to their learning.
