Mental Health Week 2023

Children’s Mental Health Week 2023 will take place from 6-12 February 2023.

This year’s theme is Let’s Connect.

Let’s Connect is about making meaningful connections. People thrive in communities, and this connection is vital for our wellbeing. When we have healthy connections – to family, friends and others – this can support our mental health and our sense of wellbeing.

For Children’s Mental Health Week 2023, we’re encouraging people to connect with others in healthy, rewarding and meaningful ways.

Our free resources will help you take part in the week. All of the ideas can be adapted for use in school, for home-schooling, online lessons or independent learning.

Mental Health Week and Taskmaster

The partnership between Place2Be and Taskmaster Education is an exciting opportunity to play Taskmaster across the country with thousands of children at the same time.

During Children’s Mental Health Week (6-12 February 2023), Little Alex Horne will set tasks each day for children to join in with at school or at home. There will also be a treasure hunt, with daily clues to solve: if these are solved correctly over the course of the week, schools, families or groups will make it onto the Wall of Fame… and have a chance of winning the Taskmaster Treasure Hunt Grand Prize!
