I hope you are all well. As this week is Mental Health Awareness Week I have an extra task for you to fit in with all the learning you are doing. I try to be kind, no matter what. No matter who I am with, I try to be kind. Even if I am down and feeling that nothing I do is right, I don't pass that feeling onto others, I try to be kind. So I would like you to perform at least 1 act of kindness every day. Help with the washing up, be nice to your brother/sister. Smile. That one act of kindness can bring colour to someones world and you are all able to do that and, believe it or not , you will feel better too. So, be kind and lets see if you can colour your world.......
